“Trustline is the channel of reporting misconduct, illegal or unethical behavior within an organization. This channel will help our partners, customers, suppliers, employees or any other concerned stakeholder to report concerns in a secure and confidential manner. It provides an option to report your concerns anonymously. The objective is to ensure that the workplace operates in an ethical and transparent manner, and that any misconduct is addressed appropriately. All concerns reported will be handled by DEWA Compliance Department who is acting as an autonomous function to ensure transparency and independence.

Please note that this platform is NOT for concerns related to staff grievances (e.g. Working conditions, pay and benefits, excessive workload, handling of leave, transfer or promotion process etc.)”
