Moro Hub Adds Geospatial (GIS) Solutions to its Vast Portfolio of Services

Moro Hub, a subsidiary of Digital DEWA, the digital arm of Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA), launched Geospatial (GIS) Services aiming to assist government and enterprises in the region to scale their operations and achieve their digital transformation goals.

Moro Hub will offer three types of GIS services including - GIS Professional Services to build GIS systems, GIS Managed Services to operate GIS Systems and GIS Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) through its modern and secured cloud hosted in UAE.

“GIS transforms the way cities manage their assets, serve their residents and make community decisions. We are at Moro Hub, committed to offering effective digital solutions that can support government and enterprises to have better access to information that allows more informed decisions while staying on budget when delivering value for their operations. The launch of GIS Services is another effort to re-establish our goals in helping customers to leverage digital technologies to smoothen processes while we enhance the value we bring to our clientele base across various sectors.” said Mohammad Bin Sulaiman, CEO, Moro Hub.

Moro Hub GIS Professional Services will build and execute GIS Transformation Strategy to enhance business processes and address different challenges in varied organizations. Some of the key areas include GIS Consultancy Services, GIS Analysis and GIS Development. Similarly, GIS Managed Services will ensure system availability, reliability, and security by managing all system health checks, service monitoring, technical support, and other routine system administration, keeping GIS System always ready to support business needs. On the other hand, GIS Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) hosted on Moro cloud which is certified by Dubai Electronic Security Centre (DESC) will offer local, secure, agile, reliable and cost-effective service to the governments and enterprises in the regions.
